Our History

KSW Law focuses on estate planning and probate matters, but we are capable of assisting our clients with a variety of other matters, including real estate and land use issues and small business organization.

A longtime Epping resident, Attorney Kathryn S. Williams founded KSW Law in 1986. Since that time, Kathryn has represented well over 15,000 clients across New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maine, and is well known for giving back to the community. In 2022, KSW Law was again selected to be the designated estate planning firm for the Professional Firefighters Association of New Hampshire, an honor that the firm has held for many years. Estate planning for all active and retired New Hampshire Firefighters is done at a 50% discount. For more information about other discounts for service members in our community, please contact our office.

Following in his mother’s footsteps, Attorney James Williams Hardy joined the practice in 2019.

Our Location

KSW Law is located in the Granary Business Center situated at 57 Main Street in Epping. The building is over 100 years old and for decades operated as the Merrimack Farmers Exchange, serving as a trading center for area farmers and supplied by a rail line once connecting the town to Boston. The building was converted to offices in the 1980s and has been owned by Attorney Williams and her family since 1990.
